The value for money at Gran Hotel was excellent, with comfortable rooms and helpful staff. The location was ideal, close to shops and restaurants, and the staff treated us with friendliness and attentiveness.

More breakfast choices would have made the experience even better.

When we arrived they were scaffolding on the front so we could not leave the car at the door to make the reception. We had problems with the breakfasts that we had reserved and in the hotel they told us that not, with the unpleasant thing that is to have to wait to that they realize of his mistake. The truth is that the breakfast is more of a one star hotel than the one they say is the best hotel in Albacete. The second day we had to go up to the reception to say that we had no room and they had to take a car from another client. The access from the garage to the hotel is done through the dining room and if it is lunch or dinner time you can't pass and you have to go out to the street and walk about 200 meters, which if it rains is not funny. When we went to pay, they got our bill wrong and wanted to charge us twice for breakfast. Great restaurant with delicious food. The location is unbeatable – close to cafes, restaurants, and city attractions. We absolutely loved the spacious and comfortable rooms, perfect for a weekend getaway with friends. the off-road parking offers convenience and saved us a lot of stress.

The service wasn't as great as we had hoped. The internet vouchers were a bit of a hassle, and the coffee in the morning could have been better.

The parking of the hotel is not easy to find, my room view was to a wall, 2-3 m away (however, arriving late and staying there for only one night, I did not mind it that much)

The hotel´s in a great place, near to shops and bars and the staff recommended a very good typical restaurant just down the road. We only stayed one night, but we'd go back.

The only thing I didn´t like was that the entire hotel was a bit hot, it was raining and cold when we went, but we still found the room a bit stifling.
